WARRANTY CONDITIONS
* Our Off Road Bikes and Quads come with a (1) ONE MONTH ENGINE ONLY WARRANTY.
* Warranty is voided if the wrong Fuel or Fuel mix is used or the Engine is tampered with.
* It is the Buyers obligation to read the instruction manual carefully prior to use of the product and check all parts on the Bike / Quad before use.
*It is the Buyers Responsibility to check and tighten all bolts after the first few rides & throughout.
* Buyers are to take full responsibility for determining that the product is in good working order and safe to use.
* Additionally you agree that you are responsible for any damage to the product once taken from the shop.
* We are not responsible for any damage caused by the customer or the rider of the product.
* We have no control over the use of any product once in the Buyers possession, we assume No Liability related with their use.
*We take No Liability for any Injuries occurring whilst on products, you ride at your own risk.
* It is the responsibility of the Buyer to be clear and comply with all relevant Local, State and Federal Laws with regard to the possession and/or exercise of any item bought from us.
* NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN.
* The Buyer is responsible for any postage or freight charges.
* Becson’s Bike & Tool Shed must be given first opportunity to assess claims for Warranty / Repairs.
